Sean from Comfort Stars was fantastic. He responded within a couple hours to my Yelp request for a dryer vent cleaning. He discovered my duct was pretty mangled and a new one was needed. He immediately jumped in his truck and got a new one along with better clamps from Home Depot. He was very professional and patient in answering my questions and was careful about testing after the install to make sure the dryer vent was clean and the duct clamped in tightly. Sean was very courteous and also stuck to the original estimate despite his Home Depot run.  I would highly recommend Comfort Stars!
